Oh WoW, It's been a while.

So, where have I been? I've been mourning the loss of a DEAR FRIEND

Not really....

That frikken plant, man... no matter WHAT I did it would continue to die. Suicide is a SERIOUS ISSUE.

In reality...

I've been playing World of Warcraft. It's a terrible game that eats your soul and makes you think that you're awesome when you're really just getting out of shape and need to shower more frequently.

I also was cutting my hair because it was getting kind of shaggy but then I cut it too short and now I look like a guy recovering from cancer... WHICH IS A SERIOUS ISSUE...

The moral of the story is I have, in all caps, SERIOUS ISSUES. But I'm on the road to recovery.... until December 7th when Cataclysm comes out and then I'll be all like SCREW YOU REAL LIFE, ON THE INTERNET I'M A NIGHT ELF MOHAWK!

ALSO! Did you ever see the movie Babe, with the pig? Remember when the farmer was singing to Babe and it was really catchy? Well here it is sung by small boys that in the olden days would remain little boys because they would get their nads chopped off.

I lost EVERYTHING I had been working on. Future stick man comics and drawings... gone.

Oh well! It's kind of nice to start fresh sometimes. And my idea could have been CRAP so now I have the opportunity to rethink what I've been working on. Think positive.

The only thing I'm bummed out about is the fact that I have to MANUALLY remember all my passwords now.

But I got a new HDD and everything is running smooothly.

My house smells SO FRIKKEN GOOD. I put some cinnimon and clove and nutmeg in a pot of water and let it simmer on the stove. My house smells like a cookie. I am happy because of this.

Sometimes I think "hey, why aren't you a chef at some fancy restaurant?" And then I remember that I can really only make things warm with the oven.. or boil water and put stuff in it.

I like my mashed potatoes with the skins on. Also, asparagus is really tasty but it makes your pee smell.

A duffle bag and then put outside until my mother came home

A laundry dryer

Those are the things I remember, there is apparently more. Older siblings are great.

Ooooh my goodness I am so sick. I thought I was getting better but then I got worse. My olfactory is under new management and is now the booger factory.

Man, sometimes my imagination just kicks in when I'm doing mundane things and makes them frikken scary. Does this happen to you guys? Most of the time it's these impossibly complex chains of events that ends up with something happening to someone.

It's why I constantly worry about everyone.

I rooted my phone whilst sick... which means I won't remember anything about how I did it when I get better. Now my phone is like "woo! I am so fast and battery efficient" I was going to write something about something but then I forgot.

Nostalgia

You know what's GREAT? Nostalgia.

I was thinking back when I was 13ish maybe 14 I had a girlfriend named Jessica. The only girl I ever dated. I was the happiest guy EVER. She was 5 foot 9 and I was MAYBE 5 foot even. We dated for 2 weeks, but it was like 4 years in my mind. I had imagined that we were going to get married and have babies and a dog.

So perfect!

Then she was like "I'm breaking up with you because there is a guy I like more" My little heart was crushed!

I also remember one of my friends had alot of pogs and a wicked slammer called "Big Bertha" I was so jealous of him.

All of my friends were girls, so they played "Spice girls" and each was a different spice.. I got to be their manager that happened to partake in their dance numbers as well. I was a fabulous child.

Surprisingly accurate.

It's so funny how important some things SEEM at the time but you look back and laugh at them because of how ridiculous it was.

Japanese!

So I took Japanese in highschool and have all but forgotten it. My moms friend currently has a Japanese exchange student, and my mom was all like "MY SON CAN SPEAK JAPANESE, HE'S SO GOOD AT IT" cause you know how moms are.

Since I'm not currently working I've taken it upon myself to relearn japanese.

Woo....

So lets hope that I can learn enough to be impressive when I go to visit my mother!

So my glasses... They work just great but my eyes are just ever so slightly too close to eachother making any adult sized frames far too big for my face. I literally have to go find some child sized frames and get my lenses put into them

And to make it all worse I have a huge mouth. Like Julia Roberts huge. Yeah.. I totally look like James Franco mixed with Julia Roberts...

So I'm kind of a lonely guy. Where I'm living I'm not allowed to have pets, so I buy plants.

Only.. I kill plants... I don't intend to! I look up online what kind of plant it is and what it needs and then I proceed to do what the internet tells me to do. It just is SO SAD because I love these plants SO MUCH. They are the only thing I have that I can devote my love to and then they all die.

My mother is an amazing gardener. She has always had beautiful gardens and plants and they're always so green and healthy. Looks like I have a black thumb.

A magical day~

Went to meetup with my friends to play some games! My friends play magic and they really wanted me to play with them, so I bought some on saturday so I could play with them on sunday. We played magic from noon until 12:38 am... 12 and a half hours.

I'm a very gracious loser, I'm used to losing at stuff. It's not like "aww he sucks at things, FEEL BAD FOR HIM" I'm the youngest in my family, so I've had alot of practice at losing.

I kind of have some problems with groups of people or people that I don't know. Like anxiety and stuff. I do what I can to take steps forward and try to progress and be open with what I struggle with. But my friends can be insensitive to my problems.

I definitely pushed my limits on what I am comfortable with, which sounds like it should be good but I pushed too hard.

That's why I like animals. They don't care what your problems are as long as you love them, then they love you back.

Are any of you into boardgames or card games? I'm more into like normal card games with normal cards and normal video games... but my friends looove them some super complicated 4 hour board games.

Have you ever danced like no one was watching? SO MUCH FUN!

And then you realize someone IS watching and it's your landlord in the back yard doing stuff and they can see right into the living room where you are dancing in your underwear to awful german trance music.

No rainbows in that little comic... I could have ended it with the final frame having rainbows shoot out the eyes but that might imply that I am a good dancer, which I am not.

Are any of you guys good dancers? I'm pretty ok at DDR.. but that doesn't translate well into actual dancing. Especially if you are one of the people that hold onto the bars ( I think that's cheating ).

Also! What is the best way to respond to comments? Should I just waddle over to your blog and then comment on the comment that you commented on my blog?

So reality kind of sucks sometimes.

Sucks.

But the internet, Oh maaan, The internet you can be ANYTHING you want. Do you wish to be a pretty little girl? BAM~! Are you 12 and what is this? BAM!

And this is GREAT but it's also NOT GREAT. It's great because we can express ourselves in ways that we may be uncomfortable or unable to in real life. Because we have the veil of anonymity behind what we do we gain some confidence.

On the flip side- I blame the internet for the subculture known as "emo's". When I was young and I thought the whole world was against me and that my mother was STUPID, do you know who I had to talk to? Like 4 other people and then we grew up and moved on. Now these kids that are going through the natural "Rebellion" phase of their lives have millions of other kids to back them up making these kids BELIEVE that the whole world sucks and whatever it is emo's believe.

I mean sure it's nice that if these kids are feeling suicidal they have a net of despair and loathing to catch them before they kill themselves...

Also, Making friends is HARD if you're not in school or working. And people in Vancouver can be kind of snooty.

So I'm unemployed and the worst part of seeking employment is.. THE RESUME. Mostly because alot of jobs EXPECT you to lie on it, so when I'm being totally honest on it people will be like "Holy crap if this is the best lie he can come up with then he must SUUUUUUUUCK"

This is what I think a resume is.

Then there is the whole "sell yourself" aspect which I just hate, I'm more than willing to learn anything you need so you should just hire me.

"Well that's great tell me what skills you have that would be good for this job"

I have all of them. I'm just not too good at some of them. I'm a level 24 empath and I have staff of bonking augmented with ice.

... Honestly. Hire me and if you like how I do things then keep me, if you don't then we can go our separate ways. My feelings wont be hurt, I promise.. I understand that training takes time out of the company and blah blah blah... but I'm pretty sure that guy over there on the cash register is high... and he just split a 20 with two 10's and a 5.... he's also a chupacabra.

So abortion... I don't understand what the big deal is. Women should do whatever they want with their bodies... and if that includes being humongous whores then that is their choice...

I blame the church. "Abstinence ONLY"... seriously? These kids are sexually oppressed and not given proper schooling on how to have safe sex. Really they should know that when you have sex it won't be like the movies and the guy will finish first and then feel ashamed and the girl will be disappointed and then you'll all wander off to the church to confess your horrible deeds and the church will be there to pat your head and say "I told you so" Then when you grow up and get married you wont have sex because you're so worried about how well you'll perform and then your marriage will fall into shambles and then you'll pay a good christian marriage counsellor to help you and you STILL wont be having sex because the counsellor was like "look to the light of Jesus christ" and all you can think about when trying to have sex is Jesus hanging there on the cross all limp and dead and then it occurs to you how attractive Jesus really is with his toned body and his messy "I don't give a fuck" hairstyle so then you go and have sex with a dude and then drink a beer and eat pizza and play video games.

And that is how the church is turning people gay. Not like I care though. As long as you're happy man.

Shadow of the colossus. SPOILERS

One of my most favorite games is Shadow of The Colossus. So I got my friend to play it and yeah..

"Oh my god this horse controls like a tank" "FUCKING HORSE THAT IS NOT WHERE I WANT TO GO" "HORSE!.... HORSE!!!!!! FUCKING HORSE WHY ARE YOU NOT COMING TO ME"

I beat this game and then bought the strategy guide for the pictures. But yeah, In my opinion the game is an experience that anyone with a PS2 or a decent computer that can emulate a PS2 should play.

The first time you see that colossus and you're like "OH SHI-" but then it just shambles off doing its own thing and then you are like "FUCK THAT NOISE" and kill it's calve and climb up its butt fur and stab it's brains.

That very moment you feel invincible... TENTACLE RAPE-A-PORT. such a crazy adventure.

I can't wait to play the game again in HD's with slightly higher res textures!

But that's just like, my opinion man. 

Also! Psychonauts. the only bad thing about that game was that I played it on my PS2... and the ps2 version was by far the poorliest optimized. Now I hear you all saying "Poorliest isn't a word!" to which I reply, If "bling-bling" can be in the dictionary then I can conjunct words anyway I wish.

When are we getting our HD remake of Psychonauts? Or Okami? Why did people not buy okami? It was a good game! I thought at least the furries would be all like "omg u guize a dog as the main character *YIFF YIFF* this is liek totally the start of the furry movement"

I have nothing against furries... just don't be all furry at me with your *waggles* and your *skritchies*

Well, people get a container and put stuff in it and then hide it somewhere and then post the coordinates online. Then you, armed with your gps enabled device go, and find it. They have them all over the world.

So yeah, That's geocaching. It's kind of boring if you do it alone. Especially when the stuff is hidden near schools. Then you just creep around with your phone out looking in bushes and stuff... 

Spiders.

Last night I was turning off the lights before heading to bed. So I wander into the kitchen to get that light and for some reason I look down at my feet. And there she was, not even an inch away from my bare foot, a giant wolf spider. I grab the closest shoe, but I can't just slam the shoe down on it because it's late and people are sleeping... so I tenderly place the shoe on the spider and then apply pressure... in the dead silence of the night the crunch noise that spiders make is REALLY loud.

Then I decide to google "How to get rid of spiders" ... It's like the people that made those websites had a meeting and were like "Ok so I know these websites are about how to get rid of spiders... so lets put HUGE PICTURES OF SPIDERS EVERYWHERE to make the browser feel at ease" 'Oh yeah that's a great idea!' ^we should give him a nobel prize for being smart!^

All of that could have been avoided if it had bear feet.... frikken normal feet...

Getting started.

So! I've never had a blog before. I dunno if I have too much to write about. SO lets talk about my phone

I recently got a new phone (http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/products/mobilephones/overview/xperiax10) and it's a frikken sexy phone. I've never seen a better looking phone. Only problem is that it's running android 1.6 which is an older version of the android platform. I'm abit disappointed with how Sony Ericsson is supporting (or lack there of) the phone.

I dunno if any of you are familiar with android phones and how they differ from the iPhone or a Blackberry. I heard a very good comparison of the iPhone and an android phone... The iPhone is like a walled garden. It's beautiful and works well.. but you have to stay within the walls. Where an Android phone is like a massive field where you can plant as many flowers or bushes or trees as you'd like.

Anyways back to the phone. It has an 8mp camera.. and I'm not sure if it's one of those things that means more mega pixels the better. I have taken a picture of my spider plant with the default camera app and then "vignette" from the android market. So here is a comparison. both are images clipped at 100% and then have a segment blown up to show some detail.

In my opinion the default camera app renders images better. Vignette seems to have a lot of noise in the image.

This is getting rather long. So I shall leave (leaf, HA it's funny cause it's a picture of leaves....) off here and ask...
